For the first 5 sessions, we recommend a one-on-one engagement with your therapist. However, as we approach your discharge date, we welcome family & loved ones to help educate them on your follow-through transition to home planning, functional transfers and overall safety. As well, our therapy team will perform home evaluation to ensure that there is safety within the patient's home environment.
