Our proprietary Immediate Jeopardy (IJ) Recovery Plan is a structured 3-week or 6-8 week (depending on citation severity) crisis response system designed to restore clinical compliance, protect resident safety, and ensure regulatory readiness.

Week 1: We took swift, hands-on action: mobilizing all shifts for retraining on infection control and functional transfers (e.g., Hoyer lifts), launching daily audits, in-service retraining of nursing department and reinforcement of basic clinical habits like proper PPE use and documentation.

Week 2: With immediate risks addressed, we shifted to skill reinforcement and peer accountability: conducting ongoing reviews, coaching sessions, and tracking compliance trends through shift-level leadership and clear ownership.

Week 3: We transitioned from crisis to culture: reviewing progress, conducting mock surveys, and embedding habits of excellence across every level of staff to sustain regulatory compliance and safety moving forward.​

Within weeks, the state returned, performed their inspections and cleared the facility of all clinical, nursing or operational citations.
